What is GBA@10?

The 10th anniversary of the Ghana Beverage Awards (GBA) is a milestone celebration dedicated to honoring excellence, innovation, and quality within Ghana's beverage industry.

• When do nominations open and close?

Nominations officially opened following the launch in November 2025. The window is currently open, and all entries must be submitted by February 26, 2026.

• Who is eligible to be nominated?

Nominations are open to all beverage manufacturers, importers, retailers, and professionals (like bartenders) operating legally within Ghana. Both local and foreign brands are welcome.

• How do I submit a nomination?

All nominations must be submitted via the official website: www.ghanabeverageawards.com. Simply click on the "Nominate Now" button and follow the prompts.

• Can the public nominate, or only the brands?

Both! We accept Public Nominations (where beverage lovers nominate their favorite drinks) and Brand Nominations (where companies submit their own technical data and entries).

• Is there a fee for submitting a nomination?

No. Submitting a nomination for the Ghana Beverage Awards is free of charge.

• What are the categories for GBA@10?

We have a wide range of categories, including Product of the Year, Beer of the Year, Bar of the Year, Bartender of the Year, Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) of the Year, Manufacturing Company of the Year, and the Sustainability Champion of the Year.

• What makes GBA@10 different from previous years?

This is a "Legacy Year." The Technical Committee will be looking for brands that have demonstrated not just excellence in the past year, but consistency over the decade.

• When does voting start?

After the nomination window closes and the Technical Committee completes the vetting process, a shortlist will be announced. Public voting for the "Product of the Year" and other consumer-led categories will commence thereafter.
